TCH Property Management Inc. was established in 1996 by Andrew Nicklin in Dundas, Ontario. Through extensive experience in mortgage-related industries, he identified a distinct market need for trustworthy and reliable vacant home services. Since our incorporation we have looked after hundreds of properties for a variety of clients.
Today, our business is focused on Power of Sale Properties for Banks, Mortgage Brokers, Lawyers and Realtors. Our clients count on us to ensure that their properties are cleaned up, maintained and made ready for sale. Our services encompass all required repairs and renovations, insurance inspections, lawn care and snow removal – major and minor improvements to maximize market value and speed of sale.
As our business evolved it seemed a natural extension to offer similar services for homes which were unoccupied for other reasons. We extended our house sitting services to private home owners through the launch of Homesure. We are proud to look after residential homes for people away on vacation, business or the full winter with the same care we've always offered our commercial customers.
